Dr. Bossert's expertise spans information science, technology, education, and philosophy. He has had an extensive career, serving in various leadership roles in education and technology sectors. Dr. Bossert has been involved in initiatives such as the Schools of the Future Initiative and has held positions like President of Hawaii Loa College and Asst. Superintendent for Information & Telecommunication Services for the Hawaii State Department of Education.

Dr. Preston Carr has been in education for 37 years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Alternative Education at Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD), where he also directs the International program. He has developed successful programs for students who struggle in traditional classrooms and created enrichment programs for high-achieving students. Dr. Carr's online enrichment program has served over 2,000 students, offering honors and Advanced Placement courses. Dr. Carr also serves as an adjunct professor/director for various colleges and universities.

Ms. Xiao has been serving in the Hawaii Department of Education for nearly 30 years, specializing in psychological and behavioral guidance for children and adolescents, with extensive research and clinical treatment experience in childhood autism. Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Ms. Xiao also has a conversational level of proficiency in Cantonese. She is passionate about communicating and consulting with children and parents, dedicated to helping them address psychological and behavioral issues.

Shannon Huang is an outstanding education professional with a passion for recruiting international students and higher education. She served as an International Admissions Counselor at California State University, Northridge, where she developed strong connections with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, assisting them through the admissions process and encouraging them to pursue their study abroad dreams.
